Rev. Robbie Scandrick is a passionate leader, devoted husband, and gifted communicator of God’s Word. He is married to LaTanya Bolton Scandrick, and together they share a beautiful legacy with their two adult daughters, Nicole and Ashley. In addition to his pastoral calling, Pastor Scandrick is an accomplished musician, vocalist, and speaker.

As the Senior Pastor of Piney Grove Baptist Church, Rev. Scandrick has led with vision, wisdom, and a heart for both people and progress. His leadership has brought about significant strides, including the reorganization of the Finance Ministry, the expansion of the Deacon’s Ministry, and the establishment of vibrant, purpose-driven ministries. These include the Women’s Ministry—lovingly led by First Lady LaTanya Scandrick—and the Future Business Leaders in Christ (FBLC), which empowers the next generation of youth at Piney Grove.

Under his guidance, the ministerial team has grown with the appointment of Rev. Joseph Hixson as Assistant Pastor, further strengthening the church’s capacity to serve and lead.

Piney Grove continues to thrive as a beacon of faith and community engagement through dynamic ministries, impactful outreach events, and a steadfast commitment to spiritual growth.

Beyond the pulpit, Pastor Scandrick serves as Chairman of Religious Affairs for the Meriwether County NAACP, continuing his dedication to justice and advocacy through a Kingdom lens.

Pastor Scandrick’s greatest desire is to share the Gospel with all who are willing to receive—planting seeds of truth, love, and transformation in every heart he encounters.
